How to Measure Your Foot Length
-
Secure a sheet of paper to a hard, flat surface to prevent it from moving.
-
Stand on the paper with your feet shoulder-width apart, distributing your weight evenly. (Only one foot will be on the paper at a time.)
-
Hold a pen or pencil vertically and have someone assist you by marking the tip of your big toe and the furthest point of your heel.
-
Step off the paper and use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the distance between the two marks. This gives you the length of your foot.
-
Repeat the process with your other foot, as it’s normal for one foot to be slightly larger than the other.
-
Refer to our size chart using the longer measurement. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for the best fit.
